  5.     and all rights of use, distribution, and compensation are reserved by 
  6.     the author.  Some rights are granted to users and distributors subject 
  7.     to the following restrictions:

  9.     UNREGESTERED USERS:  You may evaluate Message Clock both in terms   
  10.     of usefullness and compatibility.  If you decide that Message Clock
